When it comes to what’s hot in fashion right now, the motto seems to be “size matters”. We are talking about oversized silhouettes or course— from Alexis Carrington-inspired exaggerated blazers to floaty palazzo pants, the oversized trend is stepping up for 2020 and is showing no signs of slowing down.
As a result of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the oversized trend is being embraced by everyone, and has carved a place for itself among both men and women, of all sizes and shapes. The ultra-comfort fit and soft coziness of garments makes it most suitable for any occasions.
It might take time for the fashion conscious, to say farewell to skinny jeans and fitted cocktails or couture dresses, but once they slip into a big cozy piece of cloth, all the inhibitions will vanish.
